Sam's Septic is awesome!!! We had backup sewage water in both tubs and the showers. He came and suctioned the Septic tank and put in a new filter. He was prompt, very professional, reasonable, courteous and kind.

He didn't try to sell us on unnecessary services or products, like enzymes, which are totally unnecessary. Also, had a flat rate. Our tank did not need any repairs. Left the area neat. He did point out settling on the tank and recommended we may want to remove some bushes growing over the inlet line to prevent root encroachment.

While my job wasn’t an emergency, Sam was quick to respond and get our tank pumped out. He is very knowledgeable of the county laws and regulations and knows septic systems in and out. What!? An honest septic tank service company? Who knew there was such a thing! After calling a couple other companies simply to get my tank emptied and hearing from each that I needed much more than a simple pumping at a cost of thousands and thousands and THOUSANDS of dollars, Sam came along pumped my tank, replaced my baffle—all for a tiny fraction of what I was quoted by these two other big name companies. Each of the companies told me I needed different things which made me highly suspicious of both of them. Call Sam! He’s a rare breed of honesty and hard work!

Sam came to my house on recommendation and I couldn't be happier with his honesty and integrity. A different company had opened my system and told me what I needed. The quote they gave me was so outrageous that I called a friend for a referral. When I called Sam, he told me his charge to replace the part which was less than HALF of what the other company suggested. So, instead of $2,800.00I wound up paying only $1,100.00 for the exact same thing. Not only that, but, because of the urgency of my needs, he came to my house after he finished the job he was on. He got there at around 7 pm and didn’t finish for the day until about 10 pm. I won’t use any other septic company in the future.

I assumed my septic system was backing up but wasn’t sure. I called Sam and explained to him what was going on. He came out the next day to check everything out as it wasn’t an emergency. He was very professional and let me know exactly what was going on and what he was going to do to fix it. After he fixed the problem he tested to make sure the problem was fixed. He left and I felt like my money was well spent! I’ve used other septic companies in the past and I will only use Sam’s Septic Service from now on. I would recommend this company to anyone! Sam did an excellent job putting in a new drain field. He was a great communicator when something changed or had to modify. Highly recommended!
